Mark Stevens – Managing Director
He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of coaching (both 1 to 1 and group workshops), training and facilitation within the private sector. He has supported senior executives in professional and financial services, creative industries and retail in their career progression, leading to promotions and increased salaries and he has worked with a variety of clients from large corporations to small businesses and individuals.
His public sector expertise includes support for senior and middle management in local Councils, the NHS and the London Fire Brigade. He has also developed and executed a 16 month pilot project in collaboration with Macmillan Cancer to assist former cancer patients to return to full-time employment. This was a twin-track programme, offering coaching and training for individual former patients as well as training for corporate managers and HR specialists to enable employers to efficiently and sensitively deal with the effects of cancer in the workplace.
Mark’s coaching and training covers a wide range of issues:

Career Development – including Career Guidance and Management, CV Preparation, Interviewing and Networking Skills.

Mark also has considerable business experience gained over 20 years as a Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant with a professional specialisation, as well as a strong personal interest, in national and local politics on both sides of the Atlantic. He has provided communications and influencing coaching to a number of politicians who have since been successfully elected to both Local Authorities and Parliament.
Gary Hazell – Director of Branding and Marketing
is a senior marketing professional with over 25 years experience of managing a portfolio of brands.
His extensive expertise in brand development and diversification, insight and innovation, brand immersion and trend forecasting and interpretation has led to the development of Brand DNA™, which creates the blueprint of a Brand’s components in order to modify and reinforce the brand identity through culture, vision, values, targeted staff recruitment and talent management.
Gary’s experience has been developed across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, Luxury Goods, Food, Confectionery, Tobacco, Retail, Nutritional Health, Automotive, Financial, B2B and B2C, with an expert specialisation in the luxury drinks sector – specifically, Whisky, Vodka, Gin, Cognac and Speciality Spirits.
His client list includes Nestle, Group Danone, Campari International, British and American Tobacco, Oracle, Lazards, Pete Marwick Mitchell, Pernod Ricard, Berry Bros. & Rudd, Framlingtons, Marks and Spencer Financial Services and Gartmore.
