Action learning set facilitation can become part of the development if required, or Sets can be developed to be self-facilitating, which is a highly sustainable and resource effective model.
We will also assist you in rolling-out the performance management ethos across all staff groups, so that employees will be receptive and prepared to work with their managers in the new context of performance management. We can advise on rolling out engagement communication and briefings.
